Red vs Blue Scenario Game

We will do 3 games with a 1 hour time limit.

Respawn Rules: When you are hit, go to your team’s base and wait for the next respawn to go back in. Respawns will happen every 15 minutes. Example: If a game runs from 9am-10am, both teams will respawn players at 9:15, 9:30 and 9:45.

Game 1: Domination (Call of Duty style)

There are 3 flags on the field that can be red or blue. Each team will have a flag near their base, and there will be another flag in the middle of the field. Teams will earn 10 points for each flag they control at the scoring times. Scoring will happen at the 20 minute, 40 minute and 1 hour mark. Example: If at the 20 minute mark the Red team controls 2 flags and the Blue team controls 1 flag, the Red team will score 20 points and the Blue team will score 10 points.

½ hour break

Game 2: Secure the package

There is an important package in the middle of the field. The objective for each team is to retrieve that package and bring it back to their base to win the game. The package can not be moved until after the half hour mark.

Lunch break

Game 3: Sabotage

Rule change for this game: Players are only allowed to respawn once, at any time they wish. When you are shot, go back to your teams base, touch it and you’re back in. When you get shot a 2nd time, you are out for the game.

The important package from Game 2 is a ZOMBIE VIRUS.

The team that retrieved the package in Game 2 must deliver it to the flag near the other team’s base to win the game.

The other team must defend. If they can prevent the package from being delivered for 1 hour, they win the game.

Frequently asked questions

  1. What if medic gets hit?

Medics will be allowed to be hit 3 times; the ref will clear the paint, mark the medic on his hand with a marker, and allow the medic to continue the game.

  1. What if I can’t find medic or they can’t come to me while playing?

A medic is an individual who will be clearly marked by tape, with a cross. If a medic does not respond, a ref will inform you that either the medic is out or help you find one.

  1. Dead zones for players and locations?

Dead zone are inside the staging area, and there will also be dead zones designated by the refs prior to game play.

  1. When can I respawn?

When the medic has touched your paintball marker, you will go to the designated respawn point. When 5 minutes has elapsed, the player can then make his way to the start point and resume game play.
