A.      Paintball Outpost LLC. reserves the right to refuse to do business with any Buyer, in its sole discretion.  Buyer will be notified of any orders which are declined by Paintball Outpost LLC.
B.        No Personal Checks, We accept Visa, Master Card and Discover and Cash.

Returns:

No returns after 30 days from purchase.  Any un-open unused product except paintballs can be returned with a sales receipt. All Returns are subject to a 30% restocking fee.

Exclusions:
1. Special orders can not be returned or exchanged. Special orders must be paid in full before ordering.
2. Paintballs are a perishable, the must be stored and shipped properly. We can’t control the handling in shipping or stored conditions after they leave our location. But we inspect every shipment we receive before it leaves our location to make sure your product is free from defects.

Exchange policy:
No exchanges after 30 days from purchase.
Any un-opened unused product except paintballs can be exchanged for any other product of equal of greater value.

Warranty for products sold online:
See manufactures warranty for products over 30 days old.

Warranty for products sold at our brick and mortar location:
Any product sold at our brick and mortar comes with a 1yr in house warranty.

Freight damage or claims:

1. Customers must write down on the bill of lading any damage, shortage or concerns about the product. If    customer does not write it down on the bill of lading, we cannot cover any warranty caused by freight damage.

2. Customer must call location of purchase. and inform them of any such damage or missing product, within 3– days of delivery.
